kapas trip with my lovely qirrann
hurmm... actually its been quite sometimes i do not hav enough time to update this post. but today i try my best to settle it.
like you saw, the title... yeah i did it. i went to kapas island with my lovely qirrann. but there are not only both of us went there.. we went there with other 60 people from uitm melaka student and lecturer. this is the group project that we suppose to do and we were very proud we manage to done it successfully even some of unexpected problems occured.
we went there on last 23rd until 25th august.. 3d2n memorable trip for each of us. actually the students and lecturer depart from melaka on 22nd august and arrived marang jetty on 23rd moning. i only waited at terengganu because as a project manager i need to pick up my qirrann at the bus station on 23rd moning. forgot to tell u guys, qirrann has been invited to join this trip also by the students and lecturers. he agreed to giv a seminar on 'nature of the tourist attraction' for us and he did it for free. im so thankful to my qirrann for his willingness.. tq so much my dear.

ok. 1st day at kapas island make me very tired. we stayed at kapas island resort. i got a seaview room n my room was next to qirrann's room. my room also next to my lecturer's room. the other students stayed at gardenview room because kapas island resort does not hav enough seaview room to accommodate all the students in the seaview room also. we arrived there about 11am in the moning and we waited for a while before we may check in. lunch like usual and the evening hav a telematch. but im not joining the telematch due to settle our itinerary for the next day with the resort manager, en wan and abg lan. im just monitoring them and accompany ika to interview qirran for the seminar. she asked a little bit about his background and his experienced before. jeng3.. 'tarik tali time'.... ntah cmne boleh pulak diorang ni request supaya pn. shikin, qirrann and me joined the tarik tali.. haha tak leh nak lari lagi dah kene jugak ar main tarik tali tu.. yang best nye kitorang menang. cane tak menang kalo group aku tu adalah pn. shikin and qirrann.. confirm ar menang kan?
after finish the telematch, after a while two of the participants injured. masa tu me and qirrann sama2 baru je gerak nak balik bilik lepas sembang2. duhh, one of them has stepped on landak laut and one of them tidak sengaja telah terduduk atas landak laut tu. i guess the same landak has kissed both of them. one of the way to greet them to kapas island kot. huhuu.. ape lagi kelam kelibut lah semua orang yang ada tu even aku sekalipun. of cos when u being a leader, all the responsibilies fall to u right? so, im the one who get abg lan to settle this. im the one who get all the things that abg lan needed to cured them. lari ke hulur ke hilir aku amik semua barang2 tu. ulang alik ulang alik dari bilik ke restoran untuk dapatkan semuanya. abg lan ckp, cara nak sembuhkan mereka tu adalah potong je duri landak tu. pastu ketuk2 ngan benda keras utk bagi hancur duri tu. once duri tu dah hancur, nanti duri2 tu akan keluar sendiri. so, kami praktik lah ape yang abg lan cakap tu but one of them still suffered sbb tak semua duri tu keluar. so we decided to bring her to the hospital. ok, qirrann told me that i need to follow them also because im responsible to it. he will look after the others at the resort.
we depart to the hospital around 7.30pm by the slowboat because there are no more speedboat at that time and it took us about 30mnt to arrived the jetty. we went to the marang klinik first because its near to the jetty. the doctor inject her to reduce her pain but she has been advised to go to the hospital for further treatment. masa ni, i followed abg lan amir went to buy all the food needed for the next day use while pn shikin and the students went to hospital by the ambulans. of cos they arrived there more fast than us. masa ni jugaklah tetiba je rasa mcm jadi pekerja kapas island resort gak je sebab dah tolong beli semua bahan2 masak untuk esoknye. kitorang gi maidin ngan giant cari semua barang2 tu. pastu dah sudah gi maybank jap, then amik kat hospital baru pegi makan before balik ke resort. dah la dah pukul 12 masa tu memang ar lapar sakan semuanya. betolak dari jeti ke resort pukul 12.30 t/mlm dengan ombak besar laginye..memang teroleng2 lah kami semua lam bot tu. alhamdulillah sangat sbb aku tak mabuk. sampai kat resort tu ingatkan qirrann tak tunggu kat jeti. yelah aku pun takde suruh dia tunggu. saje jela tak suruh nak tengok dia cane kan.. huhu tapi once again tqvm my dear sbb tunggu ayang balik. terharu sangat sebenarnye bila nampak abang ada tunggu..tq
on the 2nd day, our 1st activtiy after b/fast was seminar. he waited me at the restaurant and we b/fast togehther. then, went to the seminar room and prepared the necessary for the seminar. i reali impressed with qirran because he woke at 5am and studied again on what he wanted to do during the seminar session. even this is his 1st time being a facilitator but he did it like he too familiar with it. during the seminar session, everything was going smoothly and successfully. the most memorable time masa ni when others said in terengganu we hav ina. ape dia cakap? heheh.. ina is not the nature of tourist attraction. ina is the tourist guide attraction. hahhaaaa best kan?
2pm, snorkeling time... masa ni pun alhamdulillah everything goes on smoothly even i cannot join snorkeling due to some people 'mabuk'. im just watching the others and qirrann snorkeling jek. biarpun ada rase jeles masa diorang ni pegang2 qirrann dalam air tu tapi sabar jelah kan. dah diorang tak tau berenang takkan nak marah jugak kan. kene professional lah tp memang mencabar jugak la tahap kejelesan tu. duhhhai.. masa pergi tu aku yg kemudi bot tu tapi masa balik suruh awang jelah sebab aku dan naik kat bumbung bot tu sekali ngan qirrann. layan qirrann lagi best.. ;) petang lepas balik resort aku n qirrann jalan2 menyusur pantai ngn qirrann. pegi kat area long house then patah balik pergi kat area makcik gemuk chalet then baru la balik resort balik.
malam dinner mcm biasa sampai kol 11pm free and easy. so diorang ni ramai jugak yg join karoke.. kami pun ada gak kat area ctu. pastu ramaila yg request suh duet nyanyi sekali termasuk la pn. shikin pun suruh jugak tapi kami berjaya menolaknye dengan baik. pukul 11.30mlm kami memulakan ekspedisi menyusuri pantai dan kalo nasib baik dapatla tengok penyu. abang lan said this is the 1st time he brought 60 people for the turtle watching. tapi our luck was not so good that night. we got a problem to continue our journey so we hav to returned to the resort and sleep.
3rd was the last day we were there. i woke up 5.30am in the moning. get my shower and see the sun rise in the early moning. tunggu qirran keluar kot2 la dia keluar awal tapi tak pun. went took qirrann b/fast and sent it to his room. hajat di hati teringin lah sangat nak b/fast sekali ngn dia but i understand he got headache the night before so im just done my job by sending him the breakfast. tak breakfast pun saya pagi tu.. :( back to my room, took my bag and ready for check out. wait for qirrann, pn shikin and other students to check out and transfer to jetty at 10am. then, when arrived marang the bus already waited for us for our next city tour to kuala terengganu. one thing that i dont really like is the driver act like that he knew all the things there. its good if he really know but the things is he know only a little bit especially jalan2 pintas ke tempat2 yang kami nak pegi tu. pastu dia gesa2 lak nak balik cepat sbb nak pegi trip ke lumut esoknye. but then, i hav to adapt with the situation whereby not all the people may follow us so i try my best to talk with them and win their heart. qirrann help me lot here. tq sayunk!
at kuala terengganu, we went to pasar payang, taman tamadun islam and masjid kristal, kg losong and on our way back i succeed ask the driver to stop at dataran shahbandar to give all the students time to hav their bath before our journey back to melaka. about 7.30pm we return to melaka and arrived at 4am the next moning..
what can i say, in many2 trip that i have had handle before, this is the tough one but im glad because there are many people helping me..
p/s: a lot of thanks to my lovely qirrann and pn. shikin as well as my family and all the dtm part 6 students in order to make sure this trip done successfully.
